But then I remember our practice is our own. We must be true to ourselves and remember what yoga is. And yoga is everything as you said. There really is no "right way" to be a yogi. Whatever way we choose to practice is what is right. <br /><br />I loved your story. So so touching. And isn't kirtan wonderful?
